* ——-> Minimum input pressure should be 20 PSI. The system won’t work for input pressure below 20 PSI. If input pressure exceeds 100 PSI, please install a company-provided Pressure Reducing Valve at an additional cost.
Stages of purification
(Stage 1) Inline Sediment Filter:
With a 1 micron rating, this filter removes dirt, rust and sand particles, making the water crystal clear.
(Stage 2) Inline Carbon Filter:
It takes out 99% of the chlorine and organic chemicals. It provides an enhanced reduction of taste, odour, and colour. Chlorine removal is necessary as it is harmful to the RO Membrane, which is the most expensive part of your water purifier.
(Stage 3) Inline UF Filter:
UF filter has a pore size of 0.01 micron, filtering out all the superfine turbidity in water making the water crystal clear and suitable to drink.
(Stage 4) G1 Filter:
G1 Filter is a Nano-Technology based Antibacterial Matrix. It provides a single step, multi-stage purification, thus ensuring bad bio burden free and good taste drinkable water. It is more than 99.9% effective in terms of microbial killing.
Installation
1) Customer has to inform AquaPhoenix customer care once the product is received.
2) Technician will be arranged as soon as we receive an acknowledgement from the customer.
3) Technician details will be shared with the customer on call as well as on WhatsApp.
4) Technician may reach your place within 12 hours, but depending on location it may take up to 72 hours.
5) Your address and registered mobile Number will be given to the technician for easy contact and communication.
6) Once the installation is done, the customer is requested to verify the installation procedure checklist (Installation procedure checklist is available in the box with the bill and will also be shared on WhatsApp). Only on satisfaction allow the technician to go. If there are any issues please contact customer care.

Warranty
1) No warranty on filters. Filters are consumable. The life of filters depends on the quality of source/input water.
Cancellation & Refund
You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped, we will refund the entire amount. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to our notice within 8 hours of receiving the product.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost after receiving the product back. Please make sure that the original product tag and packaging is intact before returning the product.
All refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving returned product. It will remain the customers responsibility to return the product in unused condition. There should not be any signs of wear and tear on either the product or the box to be eligible for a refund.
